Lead time for orders (Back-order, Pre-order)

Upon order, you can see the expected lead time on our site, based on your delivery option, and availability of your custom items. 

Cases where lead time may be extended

  1. Selecting option of onsite delivery. Availability of our assembly specialists will need to be taken into consideration.
  2. Selecting an item that is on pre-order or out-of-stock. Majority of the cases, an estimated lead time will be provided on the item itself on the product page. Otherwise, our customer service team will contact you and provide you with a heads-up.
  3. Selecting flat pack delivery at check out, but decide to have our specialists install the table after the table arrived. For these cases, customers will have to schedule a separate assembly date and also be charged additional for adhoc assembly services.


Once your table is available for delivery, our logistics team will contact you to arrange the ideal delivery time of your OMNIDESK.
